Now live — 10 interactive simulations

Learn business by doing,
not just reading.

Decide in the sim.Debrief with AI.

StratEngine turns complex supply chain and business concepts into interactive simulations. Make decisions. See consequences. Build real intuition.

This isn't a slideshow — it's a round you play.

Run the sim

Ten frameworks. One spine.

From newsvendor to bullwhip — each simulation is a real business situation you play through in minutes.

Platform philosophy

One spine.
Ten designs.

Every simulation shares the same platform spine — tokens, shell, motion, results flow. The designs are the games. Swap one variable and the whole surface transforms.

Get coached

Every run ends with a coach debrief.

After you score, AI reads your decisions and explains what you did, why it mattered, and what you'd change next time.

01

Pick a simulation

Choose from a growing catalog of scenarios across procurement, logistics, demand planning, negotiation, and more.

02

Make real decisions

Each round, you face the same trade-offs real managers face — incomplete information, tight budgets, competing priorities.

03

See the results

Watch how your choices ripple through the system. Score points, spot patterns, and understand what you'd do differently.

04

Climb the leaderboard

Unlock skill tiers as you improve. Compare your scores globally and see where you stand against other learners.

  • Built for real skill development.

  • AI coach debrief

After each run, get annotations on your decisions, concept analysis tied to the framework, and a counterfactual — written for you, not generic lecture notes.

  • Concept-first design

Every simulation is rooted in a real framework — newsvendor, game theory, EOQ, bullwhip — so you learn the theory by experiencing it.

  • Skill analytics across 5 disciplines

See where you're strong and where you need work. StratEngine tracks performance across Procurement, Logistics, Demand, Negotiation, and Global Ops.

  • Global leaderboard

Compare your scores with learners worldwide. Competition makes practice stick.

  • No setup needed

Sign up and play your first simulation in under two minutes. No software to install, no campus license needed.

Inside the coach debrief

What you'll learn from every run.

After you score, the AI coach reads your decisions and explains what you did, why it mattered, and what you'd change next time — tied to the framework you just played.

Concept · Information sharing

  • You ramped orders 2× on a single retailer spike — classic bullwhip amplification.
  • Safety stock stayed flat while upstream variance doubled.
  • Sharing point-of-sale data would have cut your over-order by ~30%.

Illustrative debrief from the Bullwhip Effect simulation — your run gets a personalized version.

For educators

Assign sims. Debrief every student. See class results.

StratEngine is built for Indian B-school classrooms — zero install, AI coach debriefs after every run, and a faculty dashboard for simulator performance.

  • Students play any catalog sim in 20–40 minutes — no campus license.
  • Each scored run gets an AI coach debrief: annotations, concept analysis, and a counterfactual.
  • Faculty dashboard shows class members' all-time simulator bests and coach debriefs when present.
  • Students join your class with an access code — same flow as negotiation modules.

FAQ

Common questions.

Everything you need to know before you start.

Is StratEngine free?

Yes — you can sign up and play simulations for free. Additional tiers and features may be introduced over time, but core access is free to start.

Do I need a supply chain background?

Not at all. Simulations start at the Analyst level and are designed to teach from scratch. If you've taken a basic operations or economics course, you'll feel right at home.

How long does each simulation take?

Most simulations take 20–40 minutes for a first run. You can replay them to improve your score and try different strategies.

Can professors use StratEngine in class?

Yes. Create a class, share your access code, and students join at signup. Assign any simulator — each run scores them and generates an AI coach debrief. Faculty see class members' simulator bests on the dashboard. Use the For educators section or footer to request a demo.

What disciplines does StratEngine cover?

Currently: Procurement, Logistics, Demand Management, Negotiation, and Global Operations. More are being added based on user feedback.

How is my skill tier determined?

Your tier is based on cumulative performance across simulations within each discipline. The leaderboard ranks you globally so you always know where you stand.
